Returns & Exchanges

As coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been placed. We encourage you to review our product descriptions and tasting notes before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, our team is happy to help before you order.

We apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item received, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

If your order was damaged in transit, please contact the courier directly to file a claim, as responsibility for transit damage lies with the carrier. You are also welcome to contact us and we will do our best to support you through the process.

As many of our coffees are part of exclusive, limited collections, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help.

As we do not accept returns, refunds are generally not available. If you believe an error has been made with your order, please contact us and we will review your case carefully.

Specialty coffee is the highest grade of coffee, scoring 80 points or above on the Specialty Coffee Association scale. It is grown in carefully selected conditions, processed with precision, and fully traceable from farm to cup. The result is a coffee with distinct, clean flavors that reflect the variety and processing method used.

We work with a range of varieties including Pink Bourbon, Geisha, Sidra, and Laurina. Each has its own character, from the fruity sweetness of Pink Bourbon to the floral complexity of Geisha and the naturally low caffeine of Laurina. Our selection changes with each harvest.

Processing refers to how the coffee cherry is treated after harvesting. We work with washed, natural, and more advanced methods like double anaerobic fermentation. These processes directly influence the flavor in the cup, affecting sweetness, acidity, body, and complexity.

Store your coffee in an airtight container away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. For best results, keep it at room temperature and grind just before brewing.

Each box contains 60g of whole bean coffee, portioned into individual 30g hermetically sealed sachets. This keeps each portion fresh until you are ready to use it. The box also includes a brewing recipe tailored specifically to that lot, designed for V60 but adaptable to other manual brewing methods.

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.

Yes. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched no later than the following Thursday. We typically pack and ship your order within 4 working days — often sooner! Once your order leaves our warehouse, estimated delivery times are: Sweden 3–5 working days, Europe 4–10 working days, and outside Europe 10–15 working days.

We currently offer flat-rate shipping to make things simple and transparent. Our rates are: Sweden 59 SEK, EU & UK 10 EUR, and Rest of the world (including Switzerland and Norway) 20 EUR.

Yes, we ship worldwide! We work with Postnord, DHL, FedEx, and UPS, selecting the best carrier based on your location and the fastest available option.

Our specialty coffees work beautifully with pour-over, French press, AeroPress, and espresso methods. Each roast comes with tasting notes and brewing tips to help you get the most out of every cup.

Use filtered water heated to around 90–96°C, grind your beans just before brewing, and follow the recommended coffee-to-water ratio for your chosen method.

Grind size depends on your brewing method. Use a coarse grind for French press, medium for drip and pour-over, and fine for espresso. If you are unsure, our team is happy to advise based on your setup.
