Refund policy

At Kissed by Liz, each coffee we ship is carefully selected and packaged with the highest attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our product and service. However, in the rare event that you receive an item different from what you ordered, we are committed to resolving it promptly.

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The coffee bag is unopened, sealed, and in its original condition.
  • The item received does not match your order due to an error on our part.
  • You notify us by email within 24 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at kissedbyliz@gmail.com, including your order number and a photo of the product received. Once the issue is verified, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
  • We do not accept returns for mistakes made during checkout by the customer.
